+ What are the entry times?

Horr’Ore – 6.30pm – 10.30pm, drive in movie 10.30pm – 12.00am

+ How do I get tickets?

All tickets must be purchased in advance and it is a strict no ticket, no entry policy.  Tickets will be on sale by April 2021

+ Whats included in the ticket price?

Horr’Ore ticket gains entry to Horr’Ore trail, Horr’Ore arena and bar area.

Additional costs for fun rides, street food and merchandise.

Drive In Movie Ticket – gains access to the drive in movie arena

+ How long does it take?

Horr’Ore – ticket allows entry for full duration of event. Horr’Ore trail will last around 45 minutes. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the trail as it is in a wooded area and there may be times when you need to run.

+ How do I pay for items at the event?

Our preferred payment method is card/contactless however cash will be accepted with vendors.

+ Car Parking at the event?

We have 3 large car parks which are free to park.  Our stewards will direct you to the appropriate areas.  If you require disabled parking, please let the stewards know and they will direct you to the car park at the Willie Clark Building which is at the entrance of the event.

+ Is it suitable for adults and children?

Horr’Ore is suitable for children over 13.  Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

+ Is the route accessible for Wheelchairs?

Please note Horr’Ore takes place on a grass field with a slight incline towards the Park Centre and a wooded area. Therefore, this site may not be suitable for wheelchairs but our stewards will assist where possible. Disabled toilets are located at the front of the arena near the entrance.

+ Are dogs allowed?

Assistance dogs are permitted however no other pets are allowed, sorry.

+ Will there be strobe lighting?

Yes, there will be use of LED and strobe lighting along with fog machines.

+ Can I take my own photographs/ videos?

Yes please do! We encourage pictures and videos to be shared on social media. There will be photo opps throughout the event. Share your spooky snaps using #spookore or #horrore

+ Rubbish and Smoking

Please use the bins on site and help us protect Lochore’s environment. There is a strict no smoking policy.

+ Cancellation Policy

The event will only be cancelled if extreme weather makes the route unsafe or if there’s a major fault in our electrical supply or equipment. It is (obviously!) an outdoor event and won’t be cancelled due to rain or temperature. Refunds will be offered only in the event of a full cancellation.

We have a team who monitor weather conditions. In the event of a full cancellation, of any time slot or any day or more days, customers will be issued with booking codes to allow their visit to be re-booked on another date / time. If there are no suitable dates for the 2021 event then the codes will be valid for 2022.

In the event that it is still not possible to book, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be made by January 31st 2022. A decision to cancel would be taken at 9am on the day, and notice would be posted online.

+ Can I buy food and drink at the event?

Yes, we will have many opportunities to buy food and drink during your visit and food can be ordered for delivery to your car during the drive in movie. A bar serving a range of alcoholic drinks will be available for Horr’Ore.

+ What do I need on the day of the event?

Bring your home printed ticket or download to your mobile phone. You will be asked to show your entry ticket on arrival at the car park/ entrance zone.  There will be a drop off area.

+ Can I buy a ticket for drive in movie only?

Yes, our drive in movie tickets are sold separately.
